In today's episode, Tracy Bell, Co-Founder and CEO of Millennia TEA, discusses, with our host Pam Leinmiller, how they plan to help billions of people live longer, healthier lives by developing the worldwide category of frozen, edible tea. 

By Jessica Natale Woollard - Tea-Biz.com - I opened the white self-locking pouch and shook chopped green tea leaves into my hand. Some of the leaves were loose, others frozen together in small nuggets. I let the ice crystals melt in my hand until only the leaves remained. They were shades of bright green, like finely sliced cilantro or parsley. They were fresh. Real. Raw.

Tracy Bell, the CEO and Co-Founder of Millennia TEA, said it was a special moment hearing her company's name called as she sat in the same room surrounded by some of the biggest consumer brands in the country.

2021 new product trends reflect Canadians’ growing interest in plant-based foods and desire to add more restaurant-level finesse to their home cooking.

The Retail Council of Canada celebrated the winners of the 29^th Canadian Grand Prix New Product Awards during a gala on June 1 at the Toronto Congress Centre. The winners were selected from 121 finalists.
