As you know my family and I, we LOVE our TEA. It’s so so so medicinal. But, we don't just drink it, we also eat it!
Let me introduce you to Millennia Tea’s Super Cube. This is my go to super food to add to my smoothies. Now I love these because it's literally green Tea leaves, but instead of drying them, they flash freeze it while it's fresh so that it preserves the maximum amount of antioxidants, like EGCG, which help protect you cells against disease.
Also these don't alter the taste of your smoothies and it's a natural source of energy to kick start your morning.
Today I’m going to share with you my favorite smoothie recipe, literally since I was a kid. Now, This is how I like to eat my Tea!
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 3/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1 Millennia TEA Cube
