Gut-Supporting & Blood Sugar-Balancing Cloud Smoothie!

Ginger-Lemon Blueberry Cloud Smoothie
By nutritionist Michelle @find_wellness

I used to think I had to throw EVERYTHING into my smoothies, and they ended up not tasting (or looking) the best! So now I stick to the basics: protein, fat, and fibre. Plus one superfood, and that one superfood go-to for me is always a Millennia Fresh Tea cube!

I love these tea cubes; they are the easiest way to boost your smoothie's antioxidants and provide natural, non-stimulant energy and more! Millennia fresh tea cubes have 5X the antioxidants vs. green tea, but when we add them to a smoothie and consume the whole leaves, this ups that to 15X the antioxidants! WOW!

Plus, they are loaded with a good dose of L-theanine, my favourite calming amino acid! Meditation feels without meditating!

Try this tasty and fun smoothie using them! I have loaded this smoothie with gut-supporting ingredients too!

Ginger-Lemon Blueberry Cloud Smoothie
- 1/2 cup wild blueberries
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- juice of one small lemon
- 1 serving vanilla protein
- 1 cup frozen cauli-rice
- 1/4 avocado
- 1.5-2 cups plant milk of choice
- 1 fresh millennia tea cube, my fave smoothie booster (they do not affect the taste of your smoothie!)
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (for clouds)

Method
- Throw everything in a blender and mix well
- For clouds, spoon coconut cream onto the sides of your cup
- Pour the smoothie into your cloud cup
- Sip and enjoy!
