Healthy Piña Colada Superfood Green Smoothie

Hi, my name’s Erin! I’m a health nerd, old soul, and licensed aesthetician turned Customer Success Lead/Marketing Co-ordinator here at Millennia TEA. As a member of the Millennia TEAm, I experiment a lot with recipes that you can easily elevate by incorporating Millennia TEA. While the possibili-TEAs are endless, I am SO excited to share with you my favourite green smoothie recipe!

You’re welcome for getting that song stuck in your head for the rest of the day. This is my go-to smoothie when I’m craving something tasty and looking for an EASY, healthy dose of good nutrients. It’s plant-based and packed full of antioxidants, clean green energy, healthy fats and loads of fruits & veggies. The best part? It tastes like you’re on a tropical vacation 🌴 Perfect for breakfast, an afternoon treat, or on the go AND its totally Kid + Husband approved.

I’m not a coffee drinker, but find myself wanting that extra boost in the morning. Adding a serving of Millennia TEA to all of my smoothies, gives me enough energy to power me through the whole day, without the jitters or the crash! It doesn’t alter the taste and it makes me happy to know that I’m doing something good for my body.


Healthy Piña Colada Superfood Green Smoothie Recipe: 🥥

  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 1 Millennia TEA Cube (or 1 Tbs Chopped Millennia TEA)
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • Large Handful of Spinach
  • Dash of Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Coconut Milk to Desired Consistency

Optional Add-On’s:

  • Protein Powder
  • Collagen
  • Ginger Root
  • Hemp Hearts
  • Chia Seeds
  • Coconut Water

Just simply toss everything into a blender, blend until smooth, close your eyes, pretend you’re on a beach and Enjoy!!

 

Note: You can swap the coconut milk with any liquid of your choice, but please note this is what gives that piña colada like taste (full fat canned coconut milk tastes best).
