Recipe: 📝

 - 150gm of Salmon

- 2 tbsp Wabanaki maple syrup

- 1 tsp curry

- Rice of your choice

- Millennia TEA (Cubed or Chopped)

- Carrots

- Olive Oil

- Salt

- Pepper

- Butter

- Chives

Prepare the rice as directed, using brewed Millennia TEA (with the leaves) in place of the water called for in the rice recipe.

Toss the carrots in a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, and bake until tender crisp, depending on the size of the carrots

Make a glaze for the salmon by mixing the syrup and curry together. Oil your baking dish and put your salmon fillets skin side down. Sprinkle with coarse salt and fresh ground pepper. Brush œ the glaze over the portion of salmon to begin, basting again half way through the cooking time (around the 7 min mark)

Baking at 350 degrees, for approximately 15 min total (adjust as needed depending on size of salmon)

Tipâ˜đŸŒ: It's really important to not overcook the fish, which is really easy to do, so keep a close eye

Once everything is cooked, stir a bit of butter and chives into the rice, plate your salmon and carrots and enjoy this delicious local New Brunswick company inspired dish.
