How to upgrade your ramen with TEA & tahini

Let's just admit it: we love ramen packets! The ease, the taste... Don't we all have them in our pantries? But you know what, there's an easy way to add nutrients AND to make them even tastier! Technically, you can add whatever veggies you happen to have, such as chopped spinach, boy choy etc. In this case, we used:

Ingredients:
- 1 ramen packet (vegetable)
- 1 Tbsp chopped Millennia TEA
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- a splash of water
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp chili crunch + chili crunch oil
- Grape tomatoes (halved and lightly fried in a drop of olive oil)
- 1 boiled egg

Instructions:
Prepare the ramen according to the instructions. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 Tbsp chopped tea with the tahini, soy sauce, ginger, 1 tsp chilly crunch, olive oil and a splash of water. Whisk mixture into your noodles until you have a creamy consistency. Add your toppings: lightly fried grape tomatoes, halved boiled egg, the remaining chili crunch (partially on top of the egg) and a few drops of chili crunch oil. As a final step, sprinkle the remaining chopped tea and you're ready to enjoy the tastiest lunch!
