You Have To Try This Walnut-TEA Pesto

There are SO many ways to add your TEA leaves to your daily habits to get your antioxidant and energy boost! Here's one of our faves:

Let's get messy and give that mortar and pestle another whirl! Sure, you can use a food processor, but today we are opting in for the more the back-to-basic-labour-intensive way of doing things and it's a DELIGHT 😊 So roll up your sleeves and get started on this walnut-TEA goodness! You'll need:
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 or 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1/3 cup grated Grana Padano cheese 
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp organic chopped Millennia TEA 💚
  • Pinch of salt & pepper 
PRO TIP: Pour a little bit of olive oil over the pesto prior to storing it to preserve the vibrant green colour of the basil leaves 🌱
