Refreshing Immune Boosting Summer Smoothie

Smoothies are one of my go-to snacks. They are easy to consume- especially when I'm struggling with my appetite or feeling ill. In my worst days, I used to eat baby food packets in bed- smoothies were a major quality of life upgrade, made even better by Millennia Tea’s Super Cubes. They add the perfect boost of energy AND provide immune support.

I particularly love this smoothie because it tastes like summer, gives me a nice boost of natural energy, and isn't too sweet. Want to try it for yourself? I left the recipe below.

SUMMER SMOOTHIE

2 cups of frozen fruit blend- mango, peaches, and strawberries
1 carrot, chopped
1 cup of frozen coconut meat
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2 cups of steeped Millennia Tea
1 Millennia Tea Super Cube
