A MUST-TRY: ENERGY-BOOSTING HOLIDAY SMOOTHIE

Just a few more days and it's Christmas morning! We LOVE the holiday season and appreciate time together with family and friends now more than ever. But in between the dinners, we sometimes crave something healthy, yet festive, that will give us that extra energy boost. And so, we created a simple holiday smoothie that tastes like Christmas. 

Ingredients:

- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp creamed honey (we used @brettlynnfarms for an extra dash of cinnamon and sweetness)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 Tbsp chopped Millennia TEA (or 1 Superfood Cube)

Optional for our candy cane lovers: add a few drops of mint extract or fresh mint leaves!
