5g | 2tbsp leaves + 1 cup water | 95’C + steep 6mins first infusion, 8mins second infusion – OR – just leave the leaves right in your pot or infuser and add hot water as you get low.

As a Blender Tea

5g | 2tbsp leaves + 1 cup water | 80’C + blend on high for 60secs | pour tea into cup through a strainer to capture any pulp
